Job summary

Dometic is seeking a Sales Order Processor to join our UK team in Selsey. You will deliver day-to-day sales support to the Sales team across distributors, OEMs, superyachts, residential and commercial sectors, ensuring orders are processed quickly and despatched on time.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in sales and administration.
• Strong written and verbal English communication.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work with technical information.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day sales support to the Sales team.
• Manage enquiries and quotations for allocated accounts.
• Develop relationships with distributors.
• Process incoming sales orders and communicate with customers.
• Support the processing team and ensure on-time dispatch.
