Qualifications

• Knowledge of generator applications and electrical systems.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Experience in customer-facing roles.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with diesel generators preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to external customers via calls, email, and on-site visits.
• Deliver product training and guidance to customers and internal teams.
• Assist with preparation of technical documentation.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and sales teams.
• Prepare monthly reports on activities.
• Support internal departments with testing and compliance.
