The RAC is hiring a Renewals & Retention Advisor in Bristol (Bradley Stoke) to help members stay covered with confidence. This full-time role focuses on inbound renewals, understanding individual needs, and offering clear options to retain memberships.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, sales, or a contact centre role.
• Ability to listen, understand needs and build rapport with customers.
• Comfortable working toward targets in a busy environment.
• Good IT skills and ability to use multiple systems.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls from members to renew or review cover.
• Understand member needs and offer tailored options.
• Explain RAC products clearly and demonstrate value to stay covered.
• Retain memberships through supportive conversations and clear guidance.
• Work toward team targets and maintain accurate case notes.
• Manage a variety of queries and build member confidence on each call.
