Bupa in Staines is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor. This office-based role runs 37.5 hours per week, with shifts 8am–8pm and one half Saturday a month. You will guide existing customers through policy renewals, helping them secure the best healthcare for themselves and their families.

The role rewards sales experience and customer service, with a clear progression path and a probationary bonus. Bupa values care, development, and a supportive team culture.

Qualificações

• Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred.
• Strong PC skills the aptitude to adapt to new systems.
• Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
• The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals

Responsabilidades

• Take inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment.
• Work with multiple systems and adhere to regulatory requirements.
• Ensure each customer has a great experience whether it’s the first call of the day or the last.
• Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution.
• Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques.
• Introduce our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.
• Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.
