Job summary

Bupa is seeking an Operational Support Advisor for a fixed-term contract based in the United Kingdom. The role is home-based with occasional travel to Bupa Place, Salford Quays.

It is a full-time position (37.5 hours per week) running from early hours, with a pay of £25,750 per annum plus unsociable hours enhancements. You will be the first point of contact for customers, delivering outstanding service while handling administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service and/or administrative role.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle enquiries professionally, empathetically and effectively.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when completing administrative tasks.
