Job summary

Bupa UK is seeking a Contact Centre Sales Advisor for an office-based role in Staines, Middlesex TW18 3DZ. This permanent, full-time position offers 37.5 hours per week with shifts from 8am–8pm and one half Saturday per month.

Salary is £28,450 with a £500 probation bonus. You will be the voice of Bupa for customers, helping them with information and tailored products to improve health outcomes.

Qualifications

• Previous sales /contact centre experience is highly preferred.
• Strong PC skills and the aptitude to adapt to new systems.
• Great interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for customer service and helping others
• The ability to influence and explain complex information in a simple manner
• An enthusiastic, can-do attitude with a desire to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Taking inbound calls from our members in a fast-paced environment.
• Working with multiple systems and adhering to regulatory requirements.
• Ensuring each customer has a great experience whether it's the first call of the day or the last.
• Take ownership of customer queries, managing them through to resolution.
• Diagnose customer needs through effective questioning techniques.
• Introducing our tailored products and services to suit the needs of our customers.
• Accurately maintain our customer database, ensuring all conversations are documented and actions are recorded.
