Job summary

Bupa is seeking a Health Assessments Booking Advisor to join our UK support team. You will handle new and repeat self-pay or corporate customers, assisting them to book Health Assessments, MSK appointments, GP visits, and more via telephone or webchat.

This full-time, hybrid role offers a 37.5-hour week at £27,210 plus performance-based bonus, with shifts Mon-Fri 8am-8pm and Saturdays 8am-4pm on a rotating basis. Be part of a team delivering excellent patient care.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service/sales environment with strong customer focus.
• Understanding of customer service principles and service excellence.
• PC literate with good knowledge of Windows based packages and strong communication skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication; ability to deal with customers at all levels in a firm, diplomatic manner.
• Excellent time management and ability to work quickly and accurately in a pressurised environment.
• Ability to adapt to a tight, high achieving sales team and be responsible for individual and team targets.
• Excellent sales and negotiation skills; positive, can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Meet monthly revenue targets and annual targets.
• Handle inbound and outbound calls; book Health Assessments and related services.
• Arrange appointments within Bupa clinics and liaise with centres daily.
• Communicate with customers via telephone, email or webchat.
• Collaborate with eligibility & contracts teams to cover corporate customers.
• Offer upgrades and cross-sell other products.
