BUPA Care Homes (CFCHomes) is hiring a Sales Advisor for its Salford Quays office. You will handle new business enquiries and nurture existing portfolios, aiming to hit sales targets while delivering excellent client service in a regulated environment.

The role is office-based with potential for hybrid working after approval, involves full-time hours (37.5 per week, Monday to Friday), and offers a starting salary from £26,550 with commission on targets (OTE £33,100).

Qualifications

• Telephony-based sales experience required.
• Desire to learn and understand Bupa products and policies; ethical in regulated environment.
• Empathetic and sensitive with stakeholder management and relationship-building.
• Excellent written communication.
• Collaborative team player who takes ownership to resolve queries.
• Customer-focused, target-driven, flexible.
• Sales experience appreciated but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Handle new business enquiries and support existing retention portfolio.
• Provide quality client service in line with Bupa standards and regulatory requirements (FCA/CQC).
• Support senior team members with service-improvement initiatives.
• Build relationships and expand the portfolio to contribute to performance.
