Job summary

Stirling Warrington Ltd in Banbury is seeking a Goods Inwards Administrator to join the logistics/operations team. You will check, record and process incoming deliveries, investigate discrepancies and liaise with other departments to ensure accurate goods receipts.

The role requires strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. Experience with SAP/ERP/MES systems is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Check incoming deliveries for quantity and quality and book goods into the system.
• Investigate discrepancies and follow up where additional order information is required.
• Check and process delivery documentation and review open orders.
• Liaise with internal departments regarding deliveries and goods receipts.
• Maintain accurate goods-in areas and records.
• Use SAP/ERP/MES systems to complete relevant transactions.
• Support quality, efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.
