Job summary

SolviT Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Internal Sales Executive in Rugby (Houlton) on a hybrid basis, offering £30k–£35k DOE plus bonus. Working hours are 08:30–17:00, Monday to Friday, with a permanent contract from day one.

You will handle inbound calls from new customers, manage a portfolio of smaller accounts, and work mainly by phone and Teams, with some email. Local to Rugby, outgoing and chatty to fit into a small close-knit team.

Qualifications

• Inbound B2B sales or account management experience, ideally in manufacturing.
• Local to Rugby.
• Outgoing, chatty, easy to get on with.
