Job summary

ManpowerGroup UK in Crick (Transitioning to Rugby in January) is seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensure accuracy, and uphold customer service targets within a fast-paced logistics environment.

You will supervise inbound, outbound and inventory, develop a team of operatives, monitor KPIs, and collaborate with Warehouse Managers to achieve objectives. A strong focus on stock control, WMS, and continuous improvement is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Warehouse Supervisor or similar in a fast-paced logistics environment.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on safety and accuracy.
• Experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and stock-control processes.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills, with a proactive mindset.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily warehouse operations across inbound, outbound, and inventory.
• Lead and develop a team of operatives to meet performance targets.
• Ensure orders are picked, packed, and dispatched accurately and on time.
• Monitor KPIs and drive productivity improvements throughout shifts.
• Coordinate training, absence, and performance issues in line with policies.
• Work with managers to align operations with business objectives.
• Maintain stock accuracy and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Uphold health and safety standards and housekeeping requirements.
