Job summary

Nationwide Kings Park Road, Moulton Park, Northampton is recruiting an Inbound Banking Customer Service Advisor on a 12-month temporary contract. You will be the first point of contact for customers, handling inbound calls to assist with everyday banking needs, with full training provided.

We’re seeking empathetic, clear communicators who are comfortable using a computer. Shifts are 8am–8pm, 5 days out of 7, with a rolling pattern and six weeks’ notice for shift changes.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service is preferred; training provided.
• Strong communication skills and empathy for customers.
• Comfortable using a computer/laptop and online banking processes.
• Willing to work a rolling shift pattern including weekends and 5 days out of 7.

Responsibilities

• Handle a range of inbound calls helping Nationwide members with everyday banking needs.
• Support customers with enquiries, working at pace with clear processes and team support.
• Guide members through online banking and explain products and services to fit their needs.
