Responsibilities

• Putting customers first and making them feel valued through thoughtful, friendly and helpful service
• Ready to help wherever customers need you most, including filling shelves, picking orders, serving customers or selling products
• Using and embracing digital tools to do the job well and enhance customer experience
• Helping organise and move stock, keep shelves tidy and presented, and move heavy loads to store location
• Building knowledge of products, services and promotions to confidently make helpful recommendations
