Job summary

Tesco Shift Lead in the United Kingdom is a customer-focused leadership role. You will lead the team to deliver a great in-store experience, work across the store, and be the go-to person for day-to-day queries.

You’ll build inclusive relations that help colleagues perform at their best and confidently cover the Manager's absence. The role offers flexible hours, with a minimum 16 hours per week and pay starting at £15.59 per hour, rising to £16.86 in M25 stores.
