Boots Opticians in-store team seeks an Optical Assistant to welcome customers, understand their needs and guide them to suitable eyewear and services. You’ll assist with pre-screening activities, eye-tests support, and aftercare while maintaining shop standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or clinical environments is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Order, dispense and collect glasses and contact lenses
• Support with eye-tests and pre-screening activities
• Provide aftercare support through repairs and adjustments
• Complete operational and administrative tasks associated with dispensing prescriptions
• Maintain shop floor standards
