Job summary

B&Q plc is seeking a Checkouts Customer Advisor to help customers and manage tills, click & collect, and store presentation at our Banbury store.

You will be an expert advisor, friendly and eager to learn, working with the team to deliver great service and inspire customers in their home improvement projects.

A flexible rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays is required, with training provided to grow skills across areas of the business.

Qualifications

• Experience in retail or customer-facing roles.
• Friendly, outgoing and eager to learn.
• Willing to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers at checkout and advise on products.
• Support click & collect, display setup and store presentation.
• Provide excellent customer service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
