Job summary

B&Q Buxton is recruiting a Customer Advisor - Checkouts on a part-time basis (12 or 20 hours per week) with a permanent contract. Shifts available 7.00am–10.00pm, Monday to Sunday, to fit the store's busy times.

You will be an expert advisor at the tills, handling sales, click & collect, setting up displays and helping customers with their home improvement projects, while delivering great service as part of a friendly team.

Qualifications

• Friendly and outgoing, eager to learn and help customers.
• Willing to learn and adapt to new technology.
• Able to work a rota including weekends, evenings and bank holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert advice to customers and guide home improvement projects.
• Drive sales and support click & collect, displays setup.
• Deliver excellent customer service on tills.
