Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, website screens, and collection counters. You will assist customers with a wide range of products and promotions, and help on the shop floor when needed.

Most roles are part-time with shifts across weekdays and weekends, designed to fit around your availability. You’ll be trained to use digital tools and provide a friendly, high-energy shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Eligibility includes being above school-leaver age and having Right to Work in the UK.
• Part-time roles across varying shifts including weekdays and weekends.

Responsabilités

• Deliver excellent customer service at tills, on website screens, and at the collection counter.
• Help customers with product questions and provide advice on promotions.
• Assist on the shop floor and stock room as needed during busy periods.
• Process payments, refunds, and discuss financial services where applicable.
