Argos is seeking a Customer Advisor to deliver outstanding service across tills, the shop floor and collection counters. You’ll assist customers, handle payments and refunds, and provide product guidance in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

Most roles are part-time with varied shifts, including weekdays and weekends. You’ll be trained in services, promotions and customer care to help shoppers have an exceptional experience.

Qualifikationen

• Must provide excellent customer service at tills, on-store screens and collection counters.
• Able to handle payments, refunds and explain financial services where applicable.
• Be proactive on the shop floor, assisting customers and answering product questions.
• Develop product knowledge to offer helpful recommendations and promotions.

• Deliver a great shopping experience by assisting customers with speed and courtesy.
• Assist on tills and collection points, taking payments and processing refunds.
• Help customers in-store, stock room when needed, and advise on products and services.
