Qualifications

• Essential skills include basic IT literacy and strong communication abilities.
• Experience in a customer-facing role is desirable but not required.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and inspirational customer service at every stage of the customer journey.
• Use product knowledge and training to drive sales and increase profits for the Partnership.
• Put the customer at the heart of everything you do and resolve queries promptly.
• Support the wider team across till, stock replenishment, price ticketing and shop-keeping tasks.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement practical solutions.
• Assist with accurate stock counts to protect profits.
