Job summary

The Boots Company PLC is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our on-site team. You will assist customers on tills or in the back shop, provide product advice and help maintain store presentation. Training is provided through award-winning programs accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.

We offer a competitive hourly rate with progression after 6 months, and opportunities to grow within a leading retail brand in the UK.

Responsibilities

Work on site, assist customers at tills or in the back shop and provide great product advice.
Promote in-store offers and schemes to customers and share knowledge to aid purchasing decisions.
Ensure the store runs smoothly with clean presentation and stocked shelves.
Collaborate with team members to deliver a positive shopping experience.
Receive award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
