Job summary

Boots UK in London is seeking a Customer Advisor to join our on-site team. You’ll help customers at tills, advise on products, and contribute to a friendly, efficient store environment.

We provide award-winning training accredited by the Institute of Customer Service, with salary progression after six months. Ideal for those starting out or with retail experience seeking a new challenge within Boots.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers, listen to their needs, answer questions and provide product recommendations.

• Support the team to keep the store clean and presentable at all times.
• Receive training that is accredited by the Institute of Customer Service.
