Job summary

Boots is seeking a Customer Advisor to assist customers on tills, advise on products, and promote offers in-store. You will work on-site and report to the store management, becoming a brand ambassador for Boots as you help customers choose the best products for their needs.

Full training is provided; opportunity to develop customer service skills and join a team that delivers a great shopping experience. Salary is paid hourly with progression after six months.

Qualifications

• Experience in delivering excellent customer care and advice.
• Able to work at pace in a varied retail environment.
• Strong listening and communication skills with customers.
