Nobu is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter to deliver a seamless and memorable room service experience for guests. From order to delivery and collection, you will reflect Nobu’s crafted hospitality with warmth, attentiveness and precision.

This fixed-term role lasts 12 months with potential for permanency. The successful candidate will offer genuine service, professionalism and a smile that makes guests feel valued in their rooms.

Competenze

• At least 1 year of experience as a waiter/waitress in luxury hospitality.
• Confident, organized and attentive with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to deliver a polished and personalised service.

As an In Room Dining Waiter, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable room service experience for our guests. From the moment an order is placed to the delivery and collection of dishes, you will ensure every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality. With warmth, attentiveness and precision, you will bring the Nobu experience directly to our guests’ rooms.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months though there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.

You will

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably within luxury hospitality. You are confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a polished and personalised service. Above all, you bring energy, professionalism and a genuine smile that makes each guest feel cared for in the comfort of their own room.
