Job summary

Nobu Hospitality is seeking a Breakfast Waiter or Waitress (30 Hours a week) to start mornings with a warm welcome and attentive service that aligns with Nobu’s understated luxury. Your role focuses on creating a memorable breakfast experience, setting up meticulously, and coordinating with the kitchen for seamless service.

You will anticipate guest needs, upsell where appropriate, and handle feedback with discretion.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to support the smooth running of the restaurant.

• 30 hours a week, 6am to 12pm shifts, with additional hours subject to availability.
