Nobu Hospitality in London is seeking an In Room Dining Waiter/Waitress for a 12-month fixed-term contract with potential to become permanent. You will deliver a seamless room service experience from order to collection, ensuring dishes are impeccably presented and guest needs anticipated with a warm, professional approach.

Ideally with 1 year of waitstaff experience in luxury hospitality, you will bring energy, polish and exceptional communication to every shift, reflecting Nobu’s crafted

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a waiter or waitress.
• Experience in luxury hospitality preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

As an In Room Dining Waiter or Waitress, you will be responsible for creating a seamless and memorable room service experience for our guests. From the moment an order is placed to the delivery and collection of dishes, you will ensure every detail reflects Nobu’s crafted approach to hospitality. With warmth, attentiveness and precision, you will bring the Nobu experience directly to our guests’ rooms.
This is a fixed term contract for 12 months though there is the potential for the role to be made permanent.

You will

• Provide a genuine, friendly and attentive service from order to delivery and collection
• Ensure all kitchenware and dishes are spotless and beautifully presented before reaching the guest
• Anticipate guest needs and create a personalised in room dining experience
• Handle feedback and resolve issues with confidence and discretion
• Communicate effectively with the kitchen team to ensure a smooth and efficient service
• Demonstrate a positive and proactive approach to every shift
• Embody Nobu values of Family, Crafted, Smile and Kokoro in all guest interactions

What We’re Looking For

Ideally you bring at least one year of experience as a waiter or waitress, preferably within luxury hospitality. You are confident, organised and attentive, with excellent communication skills and the ability to deliver a polished and personalised service. Above all, you bring energy, professionalism and a genuine smile that makes each guest feel cared for in the comfort of their own room.
