Dorchester Collection’s Coworth Park Hotel is seeking a Supervisor for the In Room Dining team. You will work closely with the In Room Dining Manager to ensure consistently high service standards across shifts, delivering orders and amenities with a personalized touch.

The role requires managing staff training, deputising for the manager when needed, and driving guest satisfaction while maintaining brand standards onsite.

Qualifications

• Relevant previous experience in similar role.
• Knowledge of wine and food pairing.
• Experience with the sequence of Food & Beverage service.

Responsabilités

• Run the In Room Dining department with the manager to meet service standards.
• Take orders and deliver In Room Dining, manage amenities and minibars.
• Deliver personalized service by anticipating guest needs and maintaining high product standards.
• Lead training and development for the team, with spot checks and guidance.
• Act as deputy in manager’s absence and oversee opening/closing procedures.
• Complete personal objectives while handling additional tasks as required.

What you'll do

• Work closely with the In Room Dining Manager to run the In Room Dining department and ensure service standards are met
• Take orders and deliver In Room Dining across and be responsible for amenities and the mini bars
• Guarantee that the highest standard of service and product is delivered to our guests at all times by anticipating their needs with a personalized service
• Manage and deliver effective training and development for the team, including spot checking and guidance
• To deputize in the absence of a manager and be responsible for opening and closing the departments
• Ensure completion of your personal objectives and responsibilities Along with your main duties you may be asked to complete other tasks as and when necessary and reasonably required
