Job summary

Four Seasons Hampshire is seeking an organised In Room Dining Coordinator to support in-room dining services and related experiences across Café Santé, canal barge, and bespoke picnics. You will act as the central point of coordination between guests, the kitchen, and service teams, ensuring accurate orders and high standards of service.

Ideal candidates bring hospitality experience, excellent communication skills, and a proactive attitude.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate all in-room dining orders with accuracy and timeliness
• Communicate with guests to take orders and manage special requests
• Liaise with kitchen and service teams for smooth service execution
• Support daily operations across in-room dining, Café Santé, canal barge, and picnics
• Monitor order flow and uphold high service standards at all times
• Handle guest queries, requests, and feedback professionally
• Maintain up-to-date menu knowledge to upsell offerings
• Assist with administrative duties including order tracking and reporting
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
