Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an End User Support Engineer based in Warrington to deliver Local Service Operations on-site. The role focuses on providing a customer-centric, secure and reliable workplace technology experience for Arcadis users.

You will be part of the LSO team, delivering day-to-day support, PC refreshes, break/fix activities and Tech bar services while ensuring compliance with policies and KPIs. Strong collaboration with regional teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in endpoint support and IT service delivery in multinational environments.
• Strong diagnostic and repair skills for endpoint devices and peripherals.
• Good communication and ability to explain technical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day Local Service Operations support in-country, onsite.
• Deliver services per SLA/OLAs and internal standards.
• Assist with PC refresh, break/fix, and endpoint lifecycle activities.
• Participate in Tech bar delivery and ensure policy-compliant service delivery.
• Collaborate with Digital Locations teams to improve user experience.
