Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Local Service Operations (LSO) End User Support Engineer to join our UK team in Warrington. The role is full-time and on-site five days a week, with some travel to other offices and collaboration with global LSO colleagues.

You will support a Windows 11/M365 environment, Dell and Apple devices, room booking software, AV gear, printers, and related end-user technology services. The candidate will own asset lifecycle from deployment through disposal, with autonomy and teamwork

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering support within Tech.
• Experience with PC/Laptop Hardware.
• Knowledge of ITIL, Lean, Agile (desirable).
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, recover, repair and dispose of IT assets.
• Provide 2nd line support to end users and escalation handling.
• Support new and ongoing projects and knowledge sharing.
• Liaise with 3rd party vendors and external partners.
• Travel as required and work within UK/global teams.
