Job summary

Arcadis in Warrington is seeking an LSO Senior End User Support Engineer to provide senior technical capability for Local Service Operations in country, deputising for the LSO Manager to support a secure, reliable workplace technology experience on site.

You will own the endpoint lifecycle plan, lead local projects, manage supplier relationships, and ensure builds align with global standards. You will coach engineers and contribute to KPI/SLAs while delivering excellent user support.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in endpoint and workplace engineering.
• Subject matter expert in enterprise endpoint technologies.
• Experience managing endpoint lifecycle activities and deployments.
• Strong understanding of digital workplace environments and dependencies.

Responsibilities

• Act as senior technical authority in country.
• Lead delivery of endpoint projects and office moves.
• Own the endpoint lifecycle plan, including forecast and asset management.
• Coach and develop engineers in the team.
