Job summary

Arcadis is seeking an on-site End User Support Engineer to join the Local Service Operations team in Warrington, UK. The role focuses on the full lifecycle of IT assets, from deployment to disposal, and requires close collaboration with colleagues in London and global teams.

You will provide 2nd line support, handle asset builds, repairs, and vendor coordination in a high-paced environment, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering end-user IT support in a corporate environment.
• Experience with PC/Laptop hardware, peripherals and asset management.
• Desirable knowledge of ITIL/Lean/Agile and vendor support frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Deploy, recover, repair and dispose of IT assets.
• Provide on-site and escalation support to end users and peers.
• Support new and ongoing IT projects as part of the LSO team.
• Collaborate with global teams and external vendors; travel as required.
