Job summary

Bethphage is seeking an In-house Recruitment Coordinator to attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. Help grow the organisation by identifying talent, building relationships and supporting hiring managers to recruit the best people.

You will play a key role in delivering outstanding support services to adults with disabilities while managing candidate experiences and recruitment metrics.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate and champion Bethphage values as first contact for candidates.
• Promote Bethphage as employer of choice at external events.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract talent across the organisation.
• Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and channels.
• Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies.
• Coordinate with managers and candidates to maintain a smooth process.
• Produce information for the board and maintain recruitment statistics.
• Ensure processes are cost effective and provide admin support to HR.

37.5 hours per week, Part-time or Full-time

Full UK Manual Driving licence essential

At Bethphage, we’re looking for an enthusiastic and proactive In-house Recruitment Coordinator to help attract exceptional individuals who share our values and commitment. Key responsibilities as a Recruitment Coordinator, you will;

• Demonstrate and champion Bethphage’s values as the first point of contact for prospective candidates.
• Promote Bethphage as an employer of choice at external events (Careers events, schools, colleges, DWP)
• Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract talented Support Workers and other key roles across the organisation
• Create captivating job adverts for job boards, social media and other recruitment channels
• Build strong relationships with candidates, hiring managers and agencies, ensuring an excellent experience
• Liaise with hiring managers and candidates to maintain a positive recruitment process
• Produce information for the board, maintain accurate tracking and recruitment statistics
• Ensure all processes are cost effective
• Provide administrative support to HR team and wider organisation

• Experience in recruitment and/or HR, talent acquisition, care sector
• Excellent communication & organisational skills
• Ability to motivate others & build positive working relationships
• Confident in using ATS and other systems
• Commitment to a Positive Behaviour Organisation and its culture
