Bethphage is seeking a Part-time Support Worker to assist with learning disability support across farming and horticultural activities at our Chelmarsh site. You will work two days per week, total 14 hours, with flexibility on days between Monday and Friday. A driving licence and vehicle are required to enable transport duties.

The successful candidate will ideally have experience with animals or a farm setting.
We are looking for a team player to join us for 2 days a week at our site in Chelmarsh. You will need to be available to fill the contracted hours over 2 days between Monday and Friday and these days will be flexible, not set. Staff receive their rotas a month in advance as minimum. Any extra days, evenings or weekends would be class as additional hours. The role involves supporting individuals with learning disabilities in a range of farming and horticultural activities. You will also work collaboratively as part of a team and assist with transport duties.
Confidence in an educational setting would be desirable. We are looking for someone with a mix of practical skills but who is also familiar with technology. Experience working to high standards of health and safety , along with infection control policies and procedures is crucial. This is a unique role and you must be willing to get your hands dirty!!
