Job summary

ProCook is seeking an experienced recruiter to join its in-house Talent Acquisition team for a 7-month maternity cover contract. The role is full-time (37.5 hours/week) with flexible working and up to 3 days in the office, Tuesday being mandatory, based in Gloucester.

You will source, screen and shortlist candidates, manage end-to-end recruitment using Workable, and collaborate with hiring managers to fill high-volume roles across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment with high volume roles.
• UK based with right to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates with pace and precision.
• End-to-end recruitment using our ATS (Workable).
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to hire UK-wide.
• Covering the recruitment desk in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Keeping recruitment pipelines up to date in spreadsheets.
• Weekly reporting on the status of live jobs.
