ProCook is recruiting a Sales Advisor for a part-time maternity cover in our Tewkesbury outlet. You will help customers choose the right tools, share expert product knowledge, and drive sales with exceptional service.

The role involves creating an inviting shopping experience, handling transactions, and participating in training. 16 hours over 4 days, including weekends, with a supportive, growth‑oriented team.

We are looking for a confident, customer-centric Sales Advisor who enjoys engaging with customers, learning about high-quality products, and influencing buying decisions through excellent service and product knowledge.

This is a customer-facing sales role with clear performance expectations, structured training, and the opportunity to earn bonuses based on targets.

Your Role:

As a Sales Advisor, you will play a vital role in creating an inviting shopping environment, ensuring that every customer leaves with the perfect product that fits their culinary style. You will be the friendly face of ProCook, helping customers with product selection, answering queries, and providing unparalleled service.

Come and join our team in our Cotswold Outlet Store. This is a 16 hrs/week maternity cover contract of up to 1 year or until the colleague returns. You’ll be working the 16hrs over 4 days including weekends.

• Can work flexibly including weekends and peak times based on a rota.
