Job summary

ProCook Ltd. is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our in-house Talent Acquisition team for a 7-month maternity cover contract.

The role is full-time (37.5 hrs/week) with hybrid flexibility and a mandatory Tuesday in-office day, based at our Gloucester HQ. You will source, screen and shortlist candidates quickly, manage end-to-end recruitment using Workable, and collaborate with managers to hire top talent across the UK.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment with high volume roles.
• UK based with right to work and able to commute to Gloucester HQ.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing, shortlisting, and screening candidates with pace and precision.
• End-to-end recruitment using our ATS (Workable). Prior experience is a plus, but tech-savvy will be shown the ropes.
• Collaborating with the Talent Acquisition Manager and Hiring Managers to hire top talent across the UK.
• Covering the recruitment desk in the absence of the Talent Acquisition Manager.
• Keeping spreadsheets up to date regarding recruitment pipelines.
• Weekly reporting on the status of live jobs.
• Collaborating with other departments and managing stakeholder engagement effectively.
