An in-house Litigation Solicitor role in West Yorkshire offers a varied defendant litigation caseload across employers liability, public liability, road traffic accident and more. You will work with modern legal technology and contribute to process improvements while supporting junior colleagues.

The successful candidate will be a Solicitor or CILEX with litigation rights, comfortable handling diverse caseloads and communicating with stakeholders at all levels.

Qualifications

• Qualified solicitor or CILEX with litigation rights.
• Experience in defendant litigation and Civil Procedure Rules.
• Ability to manage varied caseload with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication with stakeholders across levels.
• Interest in legal technology and process improvement.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of defendant litigation from pre-action to resolution.
• Advise on legal strategy, risk, settlements, court deadlines.
• Collaborate with paralegals, managers and senior stakeholders.
• Support legal operations initiatives and process improvements.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues.
