You will manage a varied caseload across commercial and civil litigation, advise on strategy, and contribute to business development and client care. Qualifications

• Experience managing a varied caseload of commercial and civil litigation matters.
• Strong technical knowledge of dispute resolution and litigation procedures.
• Experience handling County Court and High Court proceedings, including advocacy where appropriate.
• A commercial approach to legal problem-solving and client advice.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Proactive attitude towards business development and networking.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities effectively.

Responsibilities

• Managing a broad range of contentious matters, including commercial disputes, property litigation and contractual disputes.
• Advising clients on litigation strategy, risk and costs throughout the lifecycle of a matter.
• Representing clients in negotiations, mediation and other forms of alternative dispute resolution where appropriate.
• Developing new business opportunities through networking, marketing initiatives and referrals.
• Mentoring and developing colleagues and promoting a culture of continuous improvement and client care.
