Job summary

Eclectic Recruitment Ltd client seeks a Litigation Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner to join its established in-house legal team, handling civil litigation with a focus on debt recovery and monetary claims. With 2+ years PQE, you will manage a varied caseload, advise internal stakeholders, and work in a hybrid setup (1-2 days in the office) across Cambridgeshire or Lincolnshire.

Qualifications

• 2+ years PQE as a Solicitor or CILEX Practitioner.
• Experience in civil litigation, debt recovery or monetary claims advantageous.
• Good knowledge of County Court proceedings and Civil Procedure Rules.

Responsibilities

• Manage in-house caseload of civil litigation matters including claims and defences.
• Advise internal stakeholders on debt recovery processes and policy.
• Develop case strategies in line with regulatory requirements.
• Represent the organisation at court hearings when required.
• Ensure timely progression of cases and meet court deadlines.
