Our client is looking for a lawyer or contracts specialist to manage customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The position reports to a Senior stakeholder and General Counsel.

You must work well with people at all levels, across multiple companies and countries.

This is a borderless role involving collaboration with colleagues and customers globally.

This role is ideal for a lawyer or experienced commercial contract specialist seeking career advancement in the software, Telco, Media, and IT industries.

What we are looking for

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• UK Qualified Lawyer with 3-6 years PQE/experience.

The successful candidate must possess:

• Extensive experience advising and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially in high-value contracts.
• Experience in software or IT companies is essential.
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts is essential.
• Ability to produce and present reports effectively.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, CCPA).
• Excellent time management and multitasking skills.
