Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The role reports to a Senior Stakeholder and the General Counsel.

Requirements

• Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• UK Qualified Lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE/experience.
• Experience advising and negotiating a broad range of commercial contracts, including international contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, particularly for high-value contracts.
• Experience working within or with software or IT companies (Essential).
• Experience with software licensing, SaaS, IaaS, PaaS contracts (Essential).
• Ability to produce and present reports to diverse audiences.
• Knowledge of global data protection laws (EU GDPR, UK GDPR, California CCPA).
• Excellent time management and ability to handle multiple projects with shifting deadlines.
• Attention to detail, sound judgment, and decision-making skills.
• Confident communicator capable of engaging with senior decision-makers.
• Collaborative team player with adaptability and resourcefulness.
• Willingness to travel as needed within the UK and internationally.
