Hi there! This is Mila Read from Found Legal, specialising in in-house technology lawyer recruitment.

My client is a global software company seeking a Senior Commercial Technology lawyer at 8+ PQE level.

Location / Remote

The company's offices are just outside West London (30-40 min from Waterloo).

The team meets once every 1-2 weeks in the office.

The office is located by the river with amenities like a garden and outdoor lunch area.

The role can be hybrid or remote for the right candidate (based in the UK, Ireland, France, Netherlands, Germany, or Belgium).

Company

A B-to-B software company with approximately 2,500 employees worldwide, serving other tech companies.

Headquartered in Europe, with no US late-night calls.

Legal team comprises about 10-12 lawyers.

Established 30 years ago, growing 20% annually.

Role

• International (EMEA) commercial technology lawyer role, with 70-80% of work supporting sales activities.

About you

Looking for an experienced commercial technology lawyer with 8+ years of experience.

In-house experience or client secondments supporting Tech/Software vendors or IT Services companies is preferred.

Must be a strong technical lawyer, skilled in drafting and negotiation (most contracts are bespoke).
