Our client is seeking a lawyer or contracts specialist responsible for managing customer, vendor, and business partner contracts. The role reports to a Senior stakeholder and the General Counsel.

You should be able to collaborate effectively across various countries and levels within the organisation, working with colleagues and clients globally in a borderless role.

What we are looking for

• Significant experience in drafting, negotiating, and implementing commercial contracts.
• Qualified UK Lawyer with 3-6 years of PQE/experience.

Requirements

• Extensive experience advising on and negotiating a range of commercial contracts.
• Experience with international contracts and contracts governed by foreign laws.
• Strong negotiation skills, especially for high-value contracts.
• Experience working within a software or IT company (Essential).
