A leading tech company in Greater London is seeking a Corporate Legal Counsel to support corporate and transactional matters. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential, as you will work with senior stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of post-qualification experience, particularly in corporate transactions and public company governance. This role offers hybrid working, a great work-life balance, and generous benefits including a pension.

They seek a Legal Corporate Counsel to support the business across a wide range of corporate and transactional matters. You will work closely with senior stakeholders including the Group General Counsel, Finance, Tax and Treasury teams, senior commercial leaders, and other support functions to enable informed commercial decision‑making.
You will be a key member of the truly international legal team, working collaboratively across the global markets and making a real difference.
You will have 2‑4 years post‑qualification experience from within a reputable corporate private practice and/or a corporate commercial in‑house team. Experience in supporting corporate transactions, public company compliance, governance and ESG matters would be beneficial, along with strong organisational skills and commercial judgment. You will be comfortable with your communication and collaboration skills together with a confidence in legal technology and AI tools.
