Job summary

Referment is recruiting an experienced Recruitment Resourcer to join its in-house Talent team in East London. You will directly support major engineering, construction and infrastructure projects across the UK.

In this hands-on role, you will proactively source candidates, build talent pools, screen for fit, and support interviews, onboarding and pre-employment checks while collaborating with hiring managers to forecast staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in sourcing candidates for construction, infrastructure or blue-collar markets.
• Ability to screen candidates against experience, qualifications and availability.
• Capability to build talent pools for current and future projects.
• Experience supporting high-volume recruitment campaigns and onboarding checks.

Responsibilities

• Proactively sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networking and direct approaches.
• Building talent pools for current and future project requirements.
• Screening candidates against experience, qualifications and availability.
• Supporting both high-volume and urgent recruitment campaigns.
• Partnering with operational managers to understand upcoming hiring needs.
