Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join its in-house recruitment team. The role is hybrid, three days per week in Oldham and two days from home, focusing on proactive sourcing and building relationships with candidates.

You will recruit across construction and support functions, collaborating with HR and hiring managers to move recruitment forward and help candidates advance their careers with us.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in agency or in‑house environments.
• Excellent organisational skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels.
• Desirable: LinkedIn Recruiter experience.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, our database, referrals, ads and targeted searches.
• Conduct initial candidate conversations to understand experience, motivations and priorities.
• Review applications, perform initial qualification calls and give clear feedback.
• Build talent pools by developing relationships for current and future vacancies.
• Support candidates by preparing for interviews, keeping them informed and providing timely feedback.
• Share market insights on salaries and benefits to shape recruitment approach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and coordinate with Recruitment Managers, hiring managers and HR.
