Willmott Dixon Group is seeking a Candidate Manager to join our in-house recruitment team. This role is based in Oldham with a hybrid pattern (three days in the office and two days at home).

You will recruit across construction and support functions, building strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers to support our ambitious projects. You will source proactively using LinkedIn Recruiter, our database, referrals and targeted searches, manage applications, and develop talent pools

Formación

• Experience in recruitment (agency or in-house).
• Strong organisational skills with ability to manage multiple candidates and timelines.
• Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels and build relationships.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, in-house database, referrals and targeted searches.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations to understand experience, motivations and fit.
• Review applications and provide clear, constructive feedback to candidates.
