Willmott Dixon is seeking a Candidate Manager for its in-house recruitment team in Oldham. The role combines proactive sourcing with building strong candidate relationships while guiding applicants through the interview journey.

Working hybrid three days per week in Oldham and two days from home, you’ll recruit across construction and support functions, helping candidates advance their careers within a values-led, sustainable business.

Qualifications

• Recruitment experience in agency or in-house environments.
• Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
• Proven ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsabilités

• Proactively source and engage suitable candidates across multiple channels.
• Conduct initial qualification conversations and provide timely feedback to applicants.
• Build and maintain long-term talent pools for current and future roles.
• Coordinate interview processes and keep candidates informed throughout.
