Job summary

Willmott Dixon is seeking a Recruitment Resourcer to join our established in-house recruitment team in Oldham, with a hybrid pattern of three days in the office and two days working from home. You will be responsible for proactive sourcing and building strong relationships with candidates across construction and support functions.

• Experience sourcing and engaging permanent candidates, agency or in-house.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and multi-tasking ability.
• Proven ability to communicate with people at all levels and build relationships.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn, databases, referrals and advertising.
• Conduct initial qualification calls and provide clear, useful feedback on candidates.
• Review applications and recommend suitable candidates for roles.
• Build and nurture talent pools for current and future vacancies across our business.
• Support candidates with interview prep and timely feedback throughout the process.
• Share market insights on salaries, benefits and candidate expectations to shape approach.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and coordinate with Hiring Managers and HR.
